2. What ExperiencePH Is

ExperiencePH is a free community platform that connects travelers with local hosts and businesses in the Philippines for cultural exchange, meetups, and local experiences. ExperiencePH does not process payments, take commissions, or handle money between members in any way. Any arrangement between members — including whether money changes hands for a host's time or services — is strictly between those members.

3. Use of the Platform

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information about themselves
• Respect other members and local customs
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or harassment

4. Host Responsibilities

• Describe yourself and your experiences accurately
• Prioritize the safety and comfort of the people you meet
• Honor meetups you have agreed to, or communicate promptly if plans change
• Comply with local regulations

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Respect hosts and local communities
• Honor meetup commitments, or communicate promptly if plans change
• Follow safety guidelines and use good judgment when meeting people
• Provide honest references

6. Meetups and Personal Safety

Meetups arranged through ExperiencePH happen in the real world and at your own risk. We recommend meeting in public places first, telling someone you trust where you are going, and reading a member's references before meeting. ExperiencePH does not conduct background checks on members.

7. References and Content

References must reflect genuine experiences. Content you post (photos, posts, references) must be yours to share and must not be unlawful, deceptive, or abusive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or put members at risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

ExperiencePH is a platform for connecting people. We are not a party to any interaction, meetup, or arrangement between members, and we are not responsible for the actions of members on or off the platform.
